On February 28, 2026, the United States and the Zionist regime launched a coordinated series of pre-planned, unjustified, and unprovoked acts of aggression against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
This act of aggression was committed in flagrant violation of Article 2, paragraph 4, of the Charter of the United Nations and fundamental principles of international law, and continues to be a persistent violation of a peremptory rule of public international law.
In this regard, a report has been prepared that examines various aspects of this aggression in nine sections, including: violation of the peremptory norm of non-aggression, Iran's right to self-defense, violation of international humanitarian law, war crimes, crimes against humanity, targeting the head of state and high-ranking government officials, foreign intervention, violation of international human rights law, international responsibility, and compensation.
