Brazen Attack on International Law by the Israeli Regime and the United States

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran has prepared an updated and comprehensive legal-analytical report titled "Brazen Attack on International Law by the Israeli Regime and the United States vis-à-vis the Islamic Republic of Iran through Their Acts of Aggression of 13–24 June 2025."

This report offers a detailed legal account of the coordinated act of aggression launched by the Israeli regime and, subsequently, the United States against I. R. of Iran. It documents extensive violations of international law, including breaches of the peremptory norm prohibiting aggression, violations of international humanitarian and human rights law, and unlawful attacks on nuclear facilities under IAEA safeguards. Drawing upon verifiable facts, official statistics, and international legal instruments, the report also outlines I. R. of Iran's right to self-defense and the obligations of third states under international law.

The report has been formally registered as an official document of the General Assembly and the Security Council of the United Nations.
